Dispute Resolution

If the customer and Njom Foods OÜ are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is an independent and impartial body that resolves contractual disputes between consumers and traders registered in Estonia.

A consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee only after they have first submitted a complaint to the trader. The dispute resolution process is free of charge for both the consumer and the company, and a decision is usually reached within 90 days from the acceptance of the application.

The consumer also has the right to protect their rights by contacting a competent court or another competent supervisory authority.
