Terms of purchase
The owner of the online store njom.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is njom FOODS OÜ (registration code 14123858), located in Harju county, Rae parish, Peetri township, Vägeva tee 3a, 75312, Estonia .
Validity of sales conditions
The terms of sale apply between the buyer from the njom.ee online store (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company njom FOODS OÜ (hereinafter the njom.ee Online Store) when purchasing goods and services.
In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising when purchasing products from the njom.ee online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Njom FOODS OÜ is liable for VAT (KMKR EE101912437) and all prices on the website include VAT.
The delivery fee is added to the price.
The fee for the delivery of the goods depends on the location of the Consumer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
The online store njom.ee reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions. The mentioned changes are reflected on the website njom.ee.
Forming the order
To order the product, you must add the desired product/products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee in euros is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution. Bank links are provided by Maksekeskus AS.
njom FOODS OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, we transfer the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the Online Store.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Delivery
The Webshop sends goods only within Estonia. The delivery is carried out by Itella Estonia OÜ.
The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the Consumer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the Consumer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 25 calendar days.
Right of return
After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason. You can find the standard withdrawal form here - Withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal applies only to a private person.
If the condition of the product to be returned deteriorates, the customer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the product, if he has used the product in a way other than what is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the customer must handle and use the product only as he would normally be allowed to do in the store.
To return the goods, you must send an e-mail to info@njom.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.
The letter must contain the following information:

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to the one ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that it has returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.
Claim submission procedure
The online store njom.ee is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the Consumer with the contract conditions or defects that appear within two years from the handing over of the goods to the Consumer.
If the product is defective, please stop using the product.
In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@njom.ee
The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the Consumer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will return to the Consumer all fees associated with the sales contract.
The online store responds to the complaint submitted by the Consumer in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
Solving arguments
If the buyer has claims regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to the address info@njom.ee
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Review of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the platform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.
